The first thing you need is infamy 25. This build will not work without it.

You will also need the following dlc, and yes, these are required:

Skill choices:
You aren't taking doctor bags or first aid kits so there's no point in getting those skills. But since this build will carry any player, you need to have inspire. Also grabbed convert skills to have 2 jokers. Only thing in sharpshooter is the skill for more accuracy since stability won't really matter in this build.


Skill choices:
Grabbed the skill for more armor because that will make you survive longer. Also ammo bags were grabbed as the main deployable and skills were taken to give you 2 of them.

Skills here were taken to increase dodge and crits. These are REQUIRED FOR EVERY GOOD BUILD, if your build doesn't have them, then the build is garbage.


Skill choices:
Running from death is an overpowered skill that no one really uses. They just don't know the power of. Since this build never goes down, if you do ever go down, then something is horribly wrong and this skill will help you run away from the problem. Skills were also taken to make your melee stronger and frenzy to give you damage resistance.

The primary weapon is the strongest weapon in the game, the Izhma shotgun. Normally people mod this for stability and concealment, but this is wrong. This build uses the Izhma as a deadly sniper rifle and you don't need concealment because you have sneaky bastard and low blow aced allowing more room for your detection level.

Modifiers:
Skin= You need to use the color Mint Green with the style core and in mint quality (anything should be in mint quality. If it isn't then it's trash.)
Ammunition= Flechette (these are to increase your accuracy to use the Izhma as the sniper rifle it was meant to be)
Barrel= Nothing because this decreases your accuracy
Barrel EXT= Use the Shh! suppressor here because it gives accuracy and also there are suppressor skills in the build to make it better.
Boost= Obviously use accuracy, duh.
Custom= Use Single Fire because it gives accuracy.
Extra= Use the Scope Mount because you will need to use this as a sniper rifle and a scope will make it better.
Foregrip= Use the Hollow Handle to increase the concealment to use sneaky bastard and low blow optimally.
Gadget= Use the LED Combo because this gadget is for real chads.
Grip= Use the Plastic AK Grip because it gives more accuracy.
Magazine= The Big Brother magazine allows 4 more bullets with which you can pop snipers heads.
Sight= The Advanced Combat Sight is the perfect sniper scope to complete this beast of a weapon.
Stock= Wooden Sniper Stock has the word "sniper" in it so guess what you are taking?


This is the strongest secondary weapon in the game. Crazy high damage with 100 accuracy and 100 stability thanks to the skills in this build. This only problem is ammo, which is why there are ammo bags.

Modifiers:
Skin= Headline (preferably mint condition)
Boost= Concealment (to make use of sneaky bastard and low blow)
Gadget= You don't need it, gadgets are for plebs
Sight= Reconnaissance Sight (to make proper use of the perfect accuracy, you need a scope to make sure you hit the shots)

The mask has to be the Crossbreed because it increases accuracy by 15%. This isn't written anywhere, but read the long guide.

You are going to be wearing the suit because it allows for the most dodge here and the outfit needs to be red joker. This is required because like the mask, this will increase accuracy by 15%.

The deployable is the ammo bags. You don't need anything else because the ammo bags will carry you.

The melee needs to be buzzer because it is objectively the best melee in the game.

The throwable should be the shurikens because they can stun enemies and kill them at the same time. Besides, nothing strikes fear faster than seeing someone whip out a ninja star.

The perk deck is grinder because you can heal health very fast and never die.

You can choose whatever character you want. It doesn't really matter anyway.
