HUD Icon - (Colored) Dispenser Medkit

Description
A colored HUD icon for the TF2 Dispenser Medkit.

This has a script for the medkit that only edits which icon it uses. It doesn't edit any stats, but will conflict with any modded medkit script you have installed.

I haven't notified the author of the Dispenser Medkit addon. If he wants me to take this down, I will.
