Have you checked to see if this mod is installed correctly? You can try manual installation from the link I've added in my Steam collection. This mod should work with anything, because it only adds triggered modifiers. So I'd be surprised if any of those mods was the reason behind it not working.

Do you have any idea why the mod doesn't work with "Beyond Typus", "BT: More Buildings Revival", "Manpower Effects" and "Fun with Ducads"?

They are in the 'triggered modifiers' list. When you satisfy the condition, then you see a triggered modifier pop-up. You can see the active triggered modifiers at the bottom right of the screen.
Once one of them is active, you can see it in your country modifiers too.
