Rainbow Arch With clouds

Description
Rainbow arch with clouds at the base, and 8 bands of color. Shorter than version with columns.

I wanted to recreate the rainbow Arch from the Meyers Sunshine Happiness Zoo in the game campaign which uses 5 bands of color, I added more colors, I chose less saturated colors, and created a smoother curved archway.
