A guide on how to not end up making a pooppy png like a dummy

This guide will teach you to make a clean png like this

First of all



Stop doing this ♥♥♥♥, Stop putting green or blue screen behind the subject like this and use the magic ward tool to remove them, stop it
(This does not apply to making video,gif, etc)

Not only does this method leave these annoying green edges around the subject but it also can be problematic when there's a small gap AND AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WHEN WORKING WITH FOLIAGES

Take two screenshots

1) The one you use ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2)This one turn all of your lights off or make the
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀subject pitch black(Use material,color, etc) and
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀make the background white

Be sure to use the " poster - " command for higher resolution

For this I'll use Photochop



- Alright put those two screenshots in like so
















- Next select and copy the black and white layer








- Disable the BnW layer and make a mask layer on the other layer













- Hold ALT and click on the mask then paste the BnW layer on it and then Invert it by pressing CTRL+i







- And there you go it's just as easy

Well the obvious would be that this method doesn't leave any green edges and automatically cuts out any small gaps




The other up side would be it can easily crop out the background when working with foliages and complex models
