Description

Welcome;
This black hole design has nothing to do with the latest scientific discoveries of black holes at the center of the real galaxy. This design is only a hypothetical design in order to lower the light intensity of the game in its center and be more playable, that is why it is avoided to place white colors that make it impossible to play photosensitive players

This is a Galaxy Generation "Visual Effect" version set in a fearsome Black Hole at its core.

- Start the game only with the reference core
- New galaxy background with better contrast
- The core of the galaxy is a Black Hole
- Hyperlanes lines are grayed out
- Vision of unexplored hyperlanes is reduced.
- The orbits of the planets is smoother
- The visual effect of the fleets look more orderly
- The graphic star icons in the system have been improved.
- The hyperlink link prompts adapt a surreal Black Hole design to navigate between systems and does not affect game dynamics.

- It should be compatible with most other Mods....
- Not Achievement Compatible.

The scale of the central black hole of the galaxy is related to the general view of the game and it is only aesthetic, it has no relation to the real scale of a wormhole known until now

Because I use it as a backup in case of any loss.

Why does this mod have a .git repo connection?

I found a humorous interaction between this and "Wild Space 3 Patched", the lovely black hole graphic at the center of the galaxy is showing up as the "star" in the middle of wild space sectors. Not a big deal, but it did catch me by surprise the first time I jumped into some wild space!

There is no option to make another similar Mod, I make my Mods so I can play Stellaris and I share them in case anyone is interested, but you can take what you need and make your own...

Don't get me wrong it is a stunning graphical change. But from the playability, if i have to waste seconds over seconds till i might find a star at an possible location of a starlane, it is as you said mildly putting me into anxiety. I am in the situation of having at time 40 or more mods active and often i need to test things how or even if they work together, then having a mod that restricts visual feedback is counter intuitive to how i enjoy this game. But given there are people with different temprament i can see how someone might have this and maybe some realspace mod, scaled down ships and is just enjoying to be in awe about everything :)

Meanwhile i am loading for the 20th time the same save to find a better leaner more efficient aproach so that Grand Admiral doesnt kick me in the balls again ^^.

Any chance you would make a downgraded version just having a replacement for the center?

Yes, I have been told that this Mod causes anxiety and anxiety about the effects, but I like to feel that it is more or less like reality, we know that the stars are there but we don't really know what they are... on the other hand part everything that causes changes in definition cause the game to not be compatible with achievemant.

I put this mod on a higher load order than "Quadrant Fixed", but it seems to still overwrite that mod which seems strange and may have rather to do with color settings of this mod and Quadrant Fixed not touching those at all. That and that i can't see the starlines to unexplored systems makes this a step too far for me. Otherwise the blackhole looks magnificent.
