[VJ Base] Insurgency 2 NPCs

Description
A bunch of INS2 SNPCs and content/materials.

Reuploaded because it was used heavily in gmoddayz and the addon developer deleted it from workshop.

Used by required addons

Original credits go to original file/uploader Punk Buster, however i will not be taking this down as it is public domain.
It is very rude to delete long-standing addons that everybody uses.

Thank god for this one, another developer deleted his shit and I've been looking for another advanced NPC, thanks, dude, now the combine aren't the only guys who have more than 4 brain cells.

Because it was primarily used in gmoddayz after the original developer decided to delete his stuff one day;
If you read the description, i'm sure you could have worked that out.

This is a good addon in my opinion, but they are very OP in combat situations against other NPC's. Other then that its a very good addon.

I doubt it'll get much publicity anyway, I cant change it after uploading.

The type is wrong, it says weapon, if you can change it because its in the wrong category. Good NPC's anyway,

A bunch of Insurgency2 vjbase SNPCs.

It has a lot of content used in the other packs, like weapons, models etc.
It also has the entity code for the NPCs, so they don't work without it.
