A large staffroom housed in a Tudor style building, scenery rating 100% and reduced negative area 50%/50% when placed. This is part of my Tudor Style set where the buildings are designed to give a seamless look no matter how you place them, side by side or even back to back, (click the Tudor building collection link above to see them all) This blueprint is also available without the staffroom and designed to take either the large or small facility.
