Most of the achievements are quite straight forward but I thought I would make a guide nonetheless, both for if people found this faster or easier and for the fun of it.

Most of the achievements in the game are gained by completing all levels fully optimized and watching all the cutscenes. I don't know if you have to watch a cutscene to the end for it to count, but you can always rewatch them.

I would recommend doing your best to complete all the levels yourself and try to optimize them on your own, but I if you aren't interested in that or need help with some of the levels, then use the guide below with perfect solutions on all levels by "Pukeface". Keep in mind that some levels require two different solutions as you can't complete the speed and size requirement in the same program sometimes. you can have 3 total programs on a level by changing it on the top of the program page.

These are random achievements you might miss when playing through the game so here are some efficient and fast solutions for them.

Worker's Comp: Trust Exercise
A worker fell into an infinite pit.
You're forced to get this achievement in year 4 and many other levels

Queen of Inefficiency
Solve any puzzle with at least 4x the number of seconds required by the speed challenge
I don't think you can miss this if you complete the game fully optimized but here is a solution nonetheless. year 4
Worker's Comp: Shredding It
A worker is shredded by a shredder.
just give "yourself/the worker" to the shredder. Earliest is year 14

Worker's Comp: Crushing It
A worker is a crushed by an appliance.
pick up something heavy. Earliest is year 14


Worker's Comp: Explosive Failure
A worker exploded.
You have to pick up something that you aren't allowed to pickup The first level I could find to get this was year 42

Glorious Failure: Solution Not Robust
Your solution fails more than 50% of the time.
I could get it to work on year 14. but you might have to change the if statement a little if it doesn't work. just make it < or > than the highest or smallest number you have or reset the puzzle. then it should work.
Otherwise if you follow some of the perfect solutions from the perfect solutions guide will you more likely than not also get this achievement

Social Engineer
Listen to all worker thoughts in a level.
Take any level and click on all the employees. i did it in year 2 it litterally doesn't matter what level you do it

King of Verbosity
Solve any puzzle with at least 4x the number of commands required by the size challenge.
There is many ways to get this but i just did it in year 2 with this solution.

A worker is shredded by a killbot.
Year 23
