You let the maid take the coat

If you let the maid take your coat, the weapons you can get are:

Rope, is located in the cupboard in the Storage Room (second room below your game screen) on the Ground Floor. Use it in the deed will unlock "Noose".
Candlestick, is located on the table in the Dining Room (right side of your game screen) on the Ground Floor. Use it will unlock "Traditional"
Knife, is located on the table in the Kitchen (the place where you can find the maid) on the Ground Floor. Unlock "Slashed".
Rat Poison, is located in the drawer in the Pantry (the room before the Kitchen) on the Ground Floor. Unlock "It Takes a Rat".
Broken Glass, is located on the table in Sofia's Room (enter to the left door in the Laundry Room) on the Basement. Unlock "Shattered.

You didn't let the maid take your coat

If you didn't let the maid to take your coat, as additional you can take these weapons:

Cue, is located on the billiard table in the Wine Cellar (first room of the Basement) on the Basement. Unlock "Snookered".
Broom Handle, is located leaning against the wall in the Laundry Room (second room of the Basement) on the Basement. Unlock "Domestic".
Shotgun, is located in the Master Room (first door when you entering the Upstairs) on the Upstairs. Unlock "Boom Stick".
Fencing Sword, is located in Your Old Bedroom (left door on the below your game screen) on the Upstairs. Unlock "En Garde".
