Arrow Tower and Boiling Oil Half Damage

Description
This mod is mainly geared towards smaller unit sizes like medium or small, because tower and oil damage doesn't scale with unit size.

Towers do a little bit less than half damage. (because of the vanilla values being an odd number, I rounded down)

Boiling Oil does exactly half as much damage.

yeah I always thought the boiling oil is too op because most of your units have to go thorugh the gate

Any chance you can make one just for the arrow towers? I am fine with the boiling oil. Please and thank you!
