How to disable fall damage

This is an extremely small guide on how to disable fall damage for singleplayer or a non-dedicated server, as i could not find any conclusive posts about the subject i decided to make one.

Go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" and open Game.ini, paste this on any line:
"MaxFallSpeedMultiplier=100" (without quotes). 100 stands for the distance you can fall before starting to take damage, i am not completely sure how this formula works but 100 disables any fall damage.

Just knock yourself out before you hit the ground and if you are still unconcious when you hit the ground you take no damage. I found this out after they introduced trodons and jumped off a cliff to get away. Most awesome moment of that playthrough.

just have more then 500 health you will survive any fall

@anguta I thought about changing the key for that reason, but it turns out in hundreds of hours playing time I've never done that. The power of fear I guess 😅

sometimes i glitch off my pteranodon and fall from max height, but usually i just walk of slightly sloped hills because of my 200% movement speed which then takes off half my health. which is why i wanted to figure out how to disable fall damage since on my own small server, it doesnt add much to the game i feel but i really do appreciate not losing half my health on a minor incline

Just wonder why the need to do this? Do you fall a lot somehow?
