Warehouse

The building that stores all the resources of your village. It is used only for storage of extracted material. It should be protected.

Mechanics:
The building should be located closer to the buildings that are engaged in mining (sawmill / quarry / greenhouse, etc.)

Note!
The distance between the warehouse and the production building plays a huge role, try to place it in an area that is close to the above buildings. For a comfortable game, we recommend building several warehouses in different parts of the location to significantly accelerate the extraction of resources.

Sawmill
A sawmill is the engine of your village, without a tree, existence in a post-apocalypse environment is impossible.

Mechanics:
Build a sawmill at the same time near the trees and near the warehouse to maximize production. It is recommended to build about 3-5 sawmills for a comfortable game.
Note!
After the tree was cut down, there are firewood near it that can be collected.
When there are no trees in the vicinity, automatic dismantling of the building will begin.
Stone Crusher
A stone crusher provides your camp with the necessary stone. For more advanced buildings, it is one of the key values, on par with wood.

Mechanics:
Build a stone crusher near the rock, but do not forget, it should not be far from the warehouse, otherwise its effectiveness will be extremely small.
Note!
After mining one of the rocks, in its place there will be stones that can be collected. A stone crusher can mine both rocks and coal.
If there are no rocks or coal listed above, automatic dismantling will begin.
Resource Station
The resource station serves to collect resources in the immediate vicinity of your camp.

Mechanics:
Place the building next to abandoned houses / cars / in the middle of the meadow to collect from these points the maximum amount of resources that may be useful to you.
Choose a collection priority in the building if you need a specific resource.
Note!
If you need metal, place the station near damaged houses and cars, or near a pile of metal.
If you need gas, place the booth near the barrels.
If you need food - place the station in the field to collect berries and mushrooms.
If you need electronics - disassemble TVs in abandoned buildings.
If you need polymers - build station near the trash.
If collection resources run out in the vicinity, automatic dismantling will begin.
House I
Minimum opening from summer light winds and weather changes.

Mechanics:
Warms your inhabitants at the initial stage of survival.
Note!
Not a very useful building if you are an experienced player. We recommend to build immediately the second level of the house.
House II
A more modernized building specially designed for heating residents during freezing temperatures.

Mechanics:
Heated your settlers during the cold, consumes coal or wood, depending on the available resource.
Note!
Houses should be located in the main camp, since your people need constant heat, they will visit the house repeatedly in order to keep warm.
House III

The most advanced building for living in extremely cold conditions.

Mechanics:
Provides heat to your settlers at a temperature of -30 degrees Celsius.
Consumes coal for heating.
Note!
The construction, most likely, will not be dismantled automatically, since it is very difficult to reach the threshold of -70 degrees.
Greenhouse I
Greenhouses allow you to grow vegetables in any circumstances, providing your settlement with food.

Mechanics:
Produces food for your settlement at any temperature (depends on the level of construction)
It should be located as close to the warehouse as possible to carry food faster.
It is recommended to build more than 3-4 pieces at the initial level of the game.Note!
Greenhouses of the first level become useless after reaching the threshold in sub-zero temperatures, they begin automatic dismantling. To maintain stable subsistence of your village, we recommend that you study the greenhouse of the second level, it will be suitable up to -20 degrees Celsius. Next, you should study the third level of the greenhouse. Be careful, it consumes fuel!
GreenHouse II
More advanced heating technology will allow you to grow vegetables safely at low temperatures.

Mechanics:
Grows vegetables, requires coal for heating. It should be located near the warehouse. For a comfortable game you need 3-4 such greenhouses at the middle stage of the game.
Note!
If the temperature threshold reaches -20, the construction will begin automatic dismantling. If you run out of coal or wood, the greenhouses will stop heating and stop functioning.
Greenhouse III
The most advanced system for growing vegetables in extreme conditions.

Mechanics:
Allows you to grow food at a temperature of -20 degrees Celsius. Consumes fuel for heating. It accommodates 8 people.
Note!
If there is no fuel, it will not produce food, take care of this by clearing locations on the map.
Fort I
Basic reinforcement allows you to have inside two armed fighters providing them with a low level of protection.

Mechanics:
After construction, residents who will be in it will protect the perimeter will be mobilized and armed automatically. The fort can be emptied, then replenished again, nothing terrible will happen.
Note!
This fort has a small defense threshold, so we recommend that you build another one near it, or put armed soldiers.
You can use the infantrymen from the bunker for a certain period of time for personal purposes, simply controlling them with your mouse
Fort II
An advanced fortification that allows you to have three armed fighters, providing them with an average level of protection.

Mechanics:
After construction, it automatically mobilizes three residents. It provides an average defense that is harder to break through than Fort 1. It is recommended to be built in tandem with another fort.
Note!
Despite the high defense threshold, do not let enemies close to him, as a straight backache is possible at the butt.
You can use the foot soldiers from the fort for a certain period of time for personal purposes, simply controlling them with your mouse.
Tower
The tower allows you to control the terrain from a height.

Mechanics:
Contains just one guard who is able to shoot through walls. It is best to equip a watch sniper rifle.
Note!
The tower is not as effective as the Fort; therefore, it should be used wisely.
Factory I
Allows you to make weapons and ammunition according to the basic drawings with simple equipment.

Mechanics:
After a certain period of time, a certain object is produced, spending a certain amount of metal on it. It requires coal or firewood for heating
Note!
Watch the production, this can happen even without your knowledge, if you forget to turn it off, it will lead to the loss of your metal.
Factory II
Construction with more advanced technologies and machines for the production of weapons of various types.

Mechanics:
With 8 employees, it allows you to produce heavy weapons, heavy bulletproof vests and various types of ammunition.
Note!
Do not forget to monitor the building, as it can produce anything without your knowledge, while wasting your metal.
Hospital
A tent equipped with basic hand-held ambulances and is able to treat your wounded soldiers and sick settlers.

Mechanics:
There is one doctor in the tent, who can only be visited by one sick person at a time. After successful short-term treatment, the ward is released, the next sick resident may enter it.
Note!
The hospital does not heal people from the zombie virus, so you should not rely on it. We recommend no more than two hospitals for construction.
Laboratory
Your technological progress should not stand still. The laboratory is a great way to keep up with the time, adjusting your capabilities to any conditions.

Mechanics:
The building can be erected anywhere, but in the future it will have to be protected, so we recommend placing it inside your camp.
In the laboratory you need to study knowledge, which in the future will save you from adversity. The study takes place on the lower widget, the button "Research"
Note!
Your game completely depends on your chosen research path, choose them wisely! At the beginning, we recommend studying nutritional supplements and deforestation tools at the beginning of the game for further comfortable development.
Coal Production
A construction that allows coal to be produced from wood at lower cost. Necessary for minimal costs when heating buildings.

Mechanics:
It should be located closer to the warehouse. It produces coal from an ordinary tree, in the active period one charcoal kiln is equal to two or three sawmills.
Note!
If you have more than three sawmills, but only one charcoal kiln, you will not be able to recoup your heating costs. You need at least two furnaces after the number of your sawmills exceeds 4 pieces.
Church
Raises the minds of your subordinates to faith, at such a difficult time for us.

Mechanics:
In the church there is only one priest who walks around the village reading prayers, raising the morale of people. A “signal bell” button is available in the church, calling for prayer, from which all your inhabitants will immediately go to it.
Note!
While in church, people can still starve to death. Make sure they are not there for too long.
Kitchen
The construction allows more thorough processing of food and products, giving them more calorie content and making food more satisfying.

Mechanics:
It makes soup from vegetables from greenhouses, from meat from hunters makes a stew, which makes food costs less large.
Note!
This is not a greenhouse, your people should bring food to the kitchen, so do not forget to produce it. If there are no greenhouses - she will not be able to do anything!
Hunting House
Allows you to eliminate the inhabitants of the fauna near your village to feed your settlement!

Mechanics:
Two hunters run around the territory, killing animals, they cut their corpses and carry meat to the warehouse, then they carry it from the warehouse to the kitchen.
Note!
If we don’t have a kitchen, the meat will simply be stored.
Bar
Provides your residents and fighters a rest after a hard day at a mug of ale.

Mechanics:
Produces alcohol from the vegetables of your greenhouses, while saving your residents from radiation.
Note!
Additionally consumes your food supply for alcohol production.
Barracks
Barracks allow you to train your settlers to own weapons and make them soldiers.

Mechanics:
The construction allows you to arm the army, which can be sent to raids on the map. Armed with guns and armor from the warehouse.
Note!
You can build a total of 4 barracks. Keep in mind, the barracks are suitable for raids, forts are more suitable for protecting the village.

i have had many a sort of bases i had large compounds and even satellite bases and tiny bases what i learned from all that researching the cure early on can really save your man power pool a lot better since zombies are real early on killers even if they do not kill the intended target they will turn who ever is attacked as zombies do and this can happen in a high populated area exaggerating the problem of losing men and woman. after the cure is researched beeline to better food and housing third move onto military and some minor defense, if you can bribe your way out of attacks and keep bandits away don't shy away from it since it gives you more time to survive with proper weapons and bunkers.
