Leader Ability: Plan Z
Killing a unit provides Science equal to 50% of its Combat Strength.

Civilization Ability: Chum Bucket
+2 Science from buildings in the Encampment district. One Diplomatic policy slot in all governments is converted into a Military policy slot.

Unique Unit: Plankton Army
Replaces the Infantry. Ignores terrains and rivers. No maintenance cost.

Unique Building: Chum Bucket
Replaces the Monument. +1 Science. -2 Gold, but +1 Science per era.

Agenda: All hail Plankton!
Respects strong army. Dislikes civilizations with low standing army
Tries to build up many military units and focuses on Science.
Prefers Surprise War.

Just a small Spongebob mod.

There is a small bug when building the chum bucket monument.
In the normal world overview the small symbol of a city building it, shows a worker unit is build instead of the symbol of the chum bucket monument :).
Also i would suggest to make the Chum Bucket monument start at -1 G per turn and let the costs go up per era like -1g.
-2 g from every city in the first era can be hard sometimes tbh.
this would make it end at like -15 g for the massive science it gives in the end, but that way its more balanced early game AND lategame :)
Another Idea of mine would be, make it just a little more easy to counter the minus gold from the monument by making every Encampment building give only +1 science BUT have no upkeep cost or 50% reduced upkeep.
