I haven't asked the creator, and even if I was granted permission, I have no idea how to port stuff to workshop. So for now, no Eggmobile or Badnik ):

If you really want them in GMOD, why dont you try downloading those models from Steam Workshop Downloader? Unfortunately they only come in as an effect, considering the model is from SFM.

Did all the tricks to model the Egg Mobile, made the Badniks props with bodygroups for guns (Didn't include 'em here.)
