You're asking why choosing "Dual Wield" doesn't cut your complexity limit by half? Or are you asking for double the limit for non-dual weapons?

As far as I've seen, choosing dual wield has no impact on weapon complexity and shouldn't have had anything to do with your Scar's rendering.
What does have an effect is the "canvas" or world size in Gunsmithing. Save your gun (as there's no Undo) and try shrinking the X and Y axis; you may have to copy and move your weapon to be better centered, which is a pain but doable.
Also, make sure your gun isn't hollow! the weapon "complexity" is the total number of flat surfaces on the weapon, not the block count. So it also helps to simply get rid of little details that stick out, and simply paint them on weapon.

Now I'm confused.... I can see there is alot of detail put into this but it's dual wielded so does that effect the rendering? Think about it.... A very detailed gun hits the complexity limit or is close and is just barley rendered but if you dual wield it the other gun looks the same. However if you add just another 5% detail to the real gun, parts don't get rendered. What I'm trying to say is if you hit the complexity limit on a gun and parts don't render, how come even more parts aren't cut off if it's dual wielded? Talking to you devs! I didn't spend 15 hours making a SCAR-H only so it couldn't be rendered!
