Achievements that you WILL get by Solving the Puzzle.
Some of y'all just scrolled to the end of the walkthrough and beat the game. Didn't ya? Well, here are the achievements you are guaranteed get while playing the game Blind.
Sexy Stamps
You like them naughty!
To the left of Yu's matress is a box with a blue book inside.
Inspect it.
Oh Yeah!
Mhmmm stick it in!
  • After opening the Cabinet with the key taped behind the pictureframe, and opening the heart box with the heart key found in the waste basket, you will get a USB.
  • Turn on the powerstrip at the foot of Shi's Bed.
  • Then go to the computer and use the USB on it.
Fruity!
You found the code!
Put the code into the locked door. The guide to finding the code is made by the dev's and can be found here, or by pressing the help button in game.
Good Boy!
You finished the game!
View the end scene in its entirety.
NOTE: You may have to press yes when she asks you to finish, I can't exactly test it since I've already got the achievement.
Missables
Achievements that you won't necessarily get when following all the steps needed to beat the game.
Note: Any achievement followed by an asterisk* currently require the Stamp DLC to get. This is rumored to change in a coming patch though.
Master of Matresses

Examine Yu's matress.
Fanfiction Connaisseur
You really like fanfiction!
  • Inspect the wastebasket.
  • Get the Heart Key.
  • Inspect the wastebasket again.
Symmetry Nut*
There's something behind there!
  • Inspect the back of the photograph on the table next to the Kitchen door.
  • Get the cabinet key.
  • Walk two steps to the right and inspect the back of the Shark nutcracker.
  • Get stamp # 9 (if you have the Stamp DLC)
SEXquisite Stamp Collector*
You have found 12 cosplay stamps!
  • Collect all 12 stamps (guide for that can be found here).
  • Inspect the stamp book on the table next to the flowers.

No, to get the achievements Symmetry Nut and Stamp Collector, you do need the DLC.
Not to worry about the game, I got news that a new version is coming out that should address all the issues.
It is worth the bucks to get the DLC. It is a wonderful game to give a bit of a donation to.
10/10 would recommend

@GamoByte I'm sorry, WHAAAT? The heck did the devs do to the game? Also do you know if it's possible to get the achievement without the DLC? Either symmetry nut or Stamp Collector?

Just waiting for the hotfix that fixes the hotfix so that it's possible to get the Stamp Collector achievement
