How to join a steam group:

It's really easy. Click on the group you want to join, join it and then set it as your active group.

In short: Leave the game ➞ Join a group ➞ Go to Unturned's Main Menu ➞ Survivors ➞ Groups ➞ Set the right active group ➞ Rejoin the server.

You will receive either the Allies or Axis perms depending on the group you've joined.
