Description
This mod adjusts how many skill points both Lords and Heroes gain per rank.

What does it do?
Added skill dump skill named Excess Training, which is located in the upper right corner, that is used for surplus skill points. This skill gives +1 Winds of Magic and +1% Damage up for each level (max +50). AI priority skill choosing to be lowest possible for the skill dump and required level of 20.

Total number of skill points is doubled for Lords and Heroes:
Lords:
  • 3 points per level for Ranks 1-17; 2 points per level for Ranks 18-40; total of 94 skill points

Heroes:
  • 2 points per level; 3 points for Ranks 10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31, 32; total of 87 kill points

Compatibility List
This list shows all the mods that I currently support for the skill dump. You do not need to have these mods as it will work for vanilla or any combination of the above. Any mods not mentioned here will not have a skill dump added.

XX - Hmm, I tried to fix that by changing the weight of selection so they won't select something that has points in it.
My main issue with increasing the level of the dump is I don't wanna run into a situation where we have all the skills unlocked but are waiting for the dump to unlock for any extra points. I'll look more into the AI selection when I have some time.

After the difficulty increases, the newly recruited characters of AI will have more than 20 levels. This also causes AI to waste countless skill points in skill dump.

Kalavier - It'll work but any ranks you had before won't give you the extra skill points so in the end you'll be losing out on skill points.

Does this mod work on existing saves? Or what will happen if I slot it into an in-progress campaign?
