Extra Padding Buff

描述
Simply increases the HP increase of Extra Padding to 2.
This should work on campaigns started before the mod was applied, though I have only tested it once.
Made for 2 reasons:
* To make a simple mod
* To bring Extra Padding a bit closer in terms of strength to the other armor mods while keeping it in the lower tier.

While this might not be enough to make it worth investing Supplies on early, it should improve the value of getting it from a reward slightly at the very least.

Would it be possible to add an extra utility slot to the mastercrafted armor, or preferably as an research so we could add the padding and a weave? This way even the +1 buff would be sufficient

Mach is nerfed now (30) so it might not be quite so ubiquitous.

Mach weave is on for me from start to end of game.
This mod make sense if you find a extra padding and you do not have the $ for your 4 mach weave.

This is a great Idea at the least, when you can train for +2HP immediately then the vest just becomes a waste, now it might be worth getting.
Mach weave is still on all 4 of my early units though :')

Mech weave is just too good, +50% dodge is makes it so easy to halve damage

Much needed buff but still prefer Mach weave. Its my favorite early vest
