This is the insta-kill taser from CS:GO with 4 variants:
csgo Zeus x27 - One shot with 2 supplies
csgo Zeus x27 (Unlimited) - One shot with infinite supplies
csgo Zeusx27 Safe - One harmless shot with 2 supplies
csgo Zeusx27 Safe (Unlimited) - One harmless shot with infinite supplies

These are found in the Equipment section and in the CSGO section

there's already a harmless version that only ragdolls
