Floating Tar Trap

Description
Floating tar traps stop the tar from snapping to the grid, allowing you to place them anywhere including on top of other traps or cart tracks.

Now you no longer have to choose between a good floor trap, or slowing the enemy down. Why not put them on top of each other and have the best of both worlds?

This along with the floating Barricades opens up a new world of possibilities for those earlier stages.
