Tenement_Town

Description
(CSS needed): Based on 1900's Chicago, this map features a derelict tenement in the meatpacking district. Comes fully furnished, with one sink for each floor, gas lighting, wood sidewalks, wooden fire escapes, and all the other amenities of sub-standard living conditions! This map is the last one of my six previous attempts! The previous maps all had taken months to create, and had included many more features, but were all for naught! Please enjoy the blood and tears!

(UPDATE): Now featuring: "Tenement_Town_2":

I hope you would continue with 1900's theme, which is really missing. I love Americana 1950 but 1920/30 is more interesting...

I'm gonna head to work now. My kids will probably fall off the fire escape and get buckets of feces dumped on them but that's okay.

I like this map a fair bit, but the optimization could use some work.

The leaves are all kinds of messy if you turn on "mat_leafvis 1" and walk around. You could squeeze a lot more performance out by using func_detail on a bunch of the geometry, and hint brushing the doorways & certain areas.

The lighting could also use a slight tweak, but overall isn't too bad.
