This is just a random generic looking UK industrial unit / warehouse, there are two assets uploaded here, one is the warehouse with the brick entrance and the other one is just the warehouse, i've done this so you can create larger looking warehouses.

I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of these assets:
