PFI Presents: The Atlas Prestige Mk V

The pinnacle of PFI's Ship Design Bureau, the Atlas Prestige is a long range explorer equipped with full production facilities and auxiliary craft. The Atlas Prestige carries to two modified Chimeron Short Range Shuttles, two modified Chimeron Single-Stage-to-Orbit shuttles, and six armed Courier drones inspired by the Riverboat Explorer. While the Atlas Prestige is unarmed, its powerful thruster array can accelerate the craft and crew away from most conflicts and jump away to safety.

The Atlas can be piloted from its primary cabin in the lower hull, or an auxiliary cabin in the upper hull. The first tab on the hot bar controls thrusters, jump drives, and primary power sources. The second tab controls the emergency reactors, primary power sources, and emergency beacons. While main drone controls are located in the primary cabin, the control block for each drone can be accessed from any control seat. All auxiliary craft are detached via a timer block on the hot bar and can land on the landing pad above the primary cabin or the landing pad in front of the production bay. Cargo can be transferred from each Chimeron shuttle or any other craft to the Atlas Prestige via the connectors on the landing pad above the primary cabin or on the extended strut on the ventral hull below one of the hydrogen fuel tanks

PFI hopes that the Atlas Prestige will become a valuable component in any explorer's fleet.
