~This is an something that I made in blender when I was messing around with the AR2's model. After bout an hour, this ungodly demonic abomination got released onto the world for everyone to see.

Due to the closure of the portal in City-17, the Combine needed a new weapon to win the war. As everything started to look grim, suddenly came a ray of hope. The fairest Advisor in all the land gave the blueprints to a new weapon.

made from the recycled parts of the AR-2, the AR-3's new design sought to improve the soldiers hit ratio by simply making the bullets bigger. However, since the bullets were bigger. The recoil was crazy strong, therefore they were sent back to square one.
