[RICO] AKB 48 Theater 2020 2K texture version

It's 2020, almost 5 years since I've started in Cities Skylines! I realized that this upload might have had some setbacks and after much struggle into getting myself back into the hotseat for asset creation, I decided to update this first building. I realize that while I might not have the same level of quality and time as other asset creators, I have done to the best of my ability update the old version from 2015.

I have kept this old version still up for download for legacy use but I reccomend downloading this one for improved quality. The basic stats run down are as follow:

RICO-patible
Cost $55000
Electricity: yes
Water: yes
Tourism: ~700 (acts as a park if RICO is not enabled)
Jobs: 200 (RICO only)
No DLC required or dependencies.

Primary target demographic:
The idea of this building is to singularily plop this building in a busy center similar to an otaku center or popular commercial center. This building will test your traffic infrastructure in a similar manner to the real deal. You will have a lot of tourists, and you will have to manage it through effective use of public transport. The stats were supposendly copied off from the greenhouse but you basically get an idea of what you expect with this building.

Tris: ~4400
Texture: 2K
LOD: ~300
LOD texture: 128x128


A word on decoration:
I literally ran out of props to use (64/64). Blame the roof and lighting. However you can find many billboards and decoration that suits this building. I can suggest many from Kaminogi or Utaku billboards. Just look around and you will find them.

About AKB 48:
They had rented out this building since 2005 and way back when I first modeled this building it was their 10th! I don't actually have access to much of what they do but they're still an active group still.

Future work: I plan on doing some on and off work in the future. Comissions might be realistic to be done but delivery is still in question at the moment.
