The leg movement is completely unnatural, if anything the legs look like a dude swimming. To make it more natural, look at the running animation of the Scout for example. If you wanted to make it more "military-esque" I would look at Snake's animations from MGSV: The Phantom Pain or any animations of a character in CoD: Modern Warfare.
