[RHS] OG extended - Greater HE variants for RPG-7

Description
Adds 6 new HE varients.

NO THRUST -same ballistics as OG-7V
OG-7 -small blast HE/FRAG
OG-7V -current model. Reduce blast to medium-small HE/FRAG
Og-7VM -medium blast HE/FRAG
OG-7VMZ -medium-large blast HE/FRAG


LOW THRUST -same ballistics as PG-7VL
RHEF-7MA -medium blast HE/FRAG


HIGH Thrust -same ballistics as PG-7v
RHEF-7LDMA -medium blast HE/FRAG
KO-7V Small blast HE/FRAG with light AT capabilities. Good general purpose


Currently uses existing RHS models and skins. Will add reskins when RHS adds capabilities


Feel free to add to community modpacks without credit.
