In order to unlock this achievement you must view a secret scene in a hidden fragment.

First you must have beaten the game, unlocking the "And So, The Shining Future...." achievement.
After you've done this, go back to the "Connecting Fragments" chapter. This can be done easily by going to the "Extra" option from the main menu, then selecting "Chapter Jump."

Now, connect the fragments in the following order:
You can skip the text by holding Ctrl, or by pressing "S." If Skip Mode isn't working, open the Config menu and turn on "Allow Skip Unread Text."

Make sure not to break any fragments (with the exception of Fragment #50, that one always breaks after you read it)

Fragment #51 appears after connecting all other fragments, Fragment #52 appears after connecting Fragment #51.

I LITERALLY FOLLOWED THE GUIDE PERFECTLY BEFORE AND DIDNT GET 52 BUT I WENT BACK DID THE SAME THING AFTER I FINISHED THE GAME AND I GOT THE FRAGMENT??????????? OK BRO

Soooo. I'm following this- the second time to get the last stupid achivement and I'm on fragment 25, after just doing 24. And the game is saying that I cannot connect 25 yet.... WTF. I have followed this entirely..... wth is going on. T.T i better not of just wasted a gd hour connecting fragments and have to start over because the game is being weird istg. I hope the next two games do without this puzzle bs.

Thanks for the guide!

I had an issue with it not loading and here was my fix:
Save the game if 52 doesn't load.
Chapter jump to the last chapter and finish the game.
Reload the save file you recently made and rewatch 51.
52 should now be there.
This was with the 07th mod

running 07th mod and it didn't work for me :(
Edit: It did work! I opened the mod menu and the flag for completing the game didn't trigger, so despite having the chapter jump 52 would never appear as you have to finish the story first.

Quickly redid the last chapter and without exiting the game, went back through the fragments it appeared.
