Fallen Empire Attitude Fix

Описание
Simple mod that fixes the attitudes of fallen empires.

Currently fallen empire attitudes* are broken and are based off of the opinion of the other empire towards them, instead of their opinion towards that empire. This means that, for example, if your opinion of a fallen empire is -200, they'd be angery at you, even if they have +200 opinion of you.

* actually all empires are, but this mod only fixes opinions for fallen empires, as for default empires, it would be quite a bit more complicated to fix and even then there'd likely be problems.
A slightly less compatible version which fixes all empires can be found here.

This was part of another (currently not released on the workshop) mod, and I decided to make it a standalone mod after Paradox didn't fix the bug in 2.7

NOT achievement compatible.

I suspect this might've been because I copied the .mod file from another mod that I've uploaded without removing the remote file ID line.

It seems that the descriptor for this mod, "Fallen Empire Attitude Fix", id:2103173637 on the store, is pointing to "Better War Exhaustion", id:2015329648.

The "remote_file_id" in the zip file seems to point to the wrong mod. It's causing weird shenanigans with the workshop and the launcher.
