Persia Rising Lives - A Resurrection Project

This mod aims to resurrect the Mod "Persia Rising" by "Master Splinter" back from the dead. Persia Rising is an expansive overhaul of Persia that adds a new focus tree with 71 foci, events, balance changes, cosmetic changes to the map & more! (Note: It was made for a 1936 Start.)

UPDATE: 31/05/2020:
-Fixed an outdated modifier from an idea, fixed an outdated national focus and gave -5% consumer goods instead. Added missing ledgers for the ideas since they were outdated and had none. Updated Localisation and cleaned up some Code. Everything should be bug free now.

UPDATE: 30/05/2020:
-Added King Reza as modifier+portrait for when you change your Ideology to fascism/democratic/communism! Finally he doesn't have to leave his throne anymore when you change your Ideology!
-Updated all tech boni significantly in the National Focus Tree as the rewards were very outdated! Most now give 100% boni and -2 Year Ahead of Time Reduction instead of 1 time use 50%! Or they are -1 year reduction and 2 uses for 100% etc.
-fixed a bug with the fascist Leaders name not showing correctly.

UPDATE: 27/05/2020:
-Added a Decision to allow for the Creation of a Faction for convenience,
-Added a Non-Aligned "Staunch Monarchist" Advisor in order to be able to boost Non-Aligned Ideology,
-Added Decisions and Events related to Non-Aligned civil war and elections. (You only see those decisions when you aren't non-aligned already)
-Fixed a bug with ideologies, a national focus and some other maintainance cleanup.

The creator sadly has stopped modding and did not update the mod since 2018 and it is crashing with the newest versions of HOI4.

For the first step I remade all the "history>states" Files so it should not crash anymore when you start it like the original mod and it will work with the newest Version of HoI4.

I do hope he will return to modding just as I returned years later as he did a great job but as long as he won't, Persia Rising Lives will fill the gap! I hope he will appreciate it but I do think so because someone did the same what I now do for Persia Rising for my Austria-Hungary Rise to Glory Mod which I stopped updating back in 2017 and I was quite happy when I later came back to modding and saw that someone took the effort to bring my Mod back to Life and even expanded on it! ; )
