Found when entering UN-02 of the rescue ship simply look at her body and select respond (R).
Looking good, SAM!
In section UN-05, Scan the Plushie and use R to respond.
An Anomaly
Don't miss a single sign within the Simon says game, this happens 4 times over the course of the game.

Now you can follow Emma out the airlock to the second station. NOTE: 55-68 are obtained on the second/alternate station. Find them before you find Josh otherwise you won't be able to go back and get them (you would have to play through another game).

Do I have to collect all the long in one playthrough to get the achievement or can I just get missing ones on the second run?

I just finsihed the game and I also didn't know each symbol has meaning. But, how did you define those each symbol? Am I missing something while recovering data? or the wiki site explained it? :lunar2020thinkingtiger:

For "Another Emma, Dead" Achievement, you have her listed in "UN-02" instead of "UC-02."

The "Another Emma, Dead" is in UC-02 - the main frame room.
