Left when things were getting interesting in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

For this one what you need to do is as soon as you wake up at the beginning of the game just hit escape and exit to the main menu. As you get back into the main menu you'll get the achievement. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Removed the Shadow's residue in the entrance hall in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for removing the shadow's wall blocking your way to the refinery in the entrance hall. You’ll just need to gather the items for the jar of acid and use it on the wall to get through it. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Escaped the creature in the water in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

For this one you’ll need to escape the water creature in the Cellar Archives. You’ll basically just need to jump from box to box until you get to the end where you’ll need to throw body parts into the water as distractions long enough to raise the last gate and run to the exit. Taken a rough ride on an elevator in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for getting the elevator working and taking it down to the prison. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Lowered the water level in the cistern to reveal a new way out in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for getting the water level lowered in the cistern so that you can go through the sewers. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Failed to escape the cells and was consumed by the Shadow in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for failing to escape the cells by getting consumed by the shadow. For this one after you get all orb pieces and are captured, you’ll break out of your cell area and unlock the door. As you go down the hall and the shadow comes up behind you, just turn around and run straight into it. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Collected the pieces of the orb and rebuilt it in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for collecting all pieces of the orb and putting it together in the stand right before the inner sanctum. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Killed Alexander and escaped the castle in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

To get this one you’ll need to kill Alexander in the final room. You do this by knocking over the three pillars while he’s giving his speech. You basically just have to push or pull the pillars to a specific side for a few seconds and it will tip over. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Rescued Agrippa in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

For this one you’ll need to rescue Agrippa at the end. You'll need to create Weyer's Tonic and use that on Agrippa so that you can cut off his head and take it with you. Once you’re at the ending room and Alexander is giving his monologue you’ll need to wait until the portal opens, use Agrippa’s head on the portal, and then you’ll get the achievement. I go over how to make the tonic and get the achievement here.

Allowed Alexander to escape in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

For this one you’ll need to allow Alexander to escape. Basically, you just get to the end and go afk for a few minutes and eventually he’ll finish his ritual and the game will end. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Picked up every tinderbox in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

This one is for picking up every single tinderbox in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. In the video guide I went through each level with the map pulled up on the left side of the screen, a marker for which one is being shown, and the footage of me grabbing the tinderbox filling out the rest of the screen. This one is for picking up every single note in Amnesia: The Dark Descent and in Amnesia: Justine. Became aware of the merits of A.S. Inc.'s Span-space Device in Amnesia: Justine.

This one is for reading this specific note hidden behind a book on a bookshelf in the library level of Amnesia: Justine. This is an Easter egg referring to the portal device and "Still Alive" references GlaDos still being alive after the first Portal game. The portion of the video guide where this is covered is here.

Not a single victim survived in Amnesia: Justine.

This one is for killing/not saving all 3 of the victims in one run through the Amnesia: Justine DLC. The part of the video guide where I go over how to save and how to kill the victims is here.

Some victims died, some lived in Amnesia: Justine.

This one is for allowing some victims to die, but saving at least one in the Amnesia: Justine DLC. I’d recommend only saving the second one as the first takes a lot of time to save and the third one is quite dangerous to save. Not a single victim died in Amnesia: Justine.

This one is for saving all three of the victims during one run. The part of the video guide where I go over how to save and how to kill the victims is here.

My name is... Daniel... and I... have made life... exceptionally hard for myself.

This one is for completing Amnesia: The Dark Descent in hard mode. It actually isn't that hard to do once you've gone through the game once and know where monsters spawn. I go over some areas that are generally recommended as spots to save at and some tips on getting through some of the harder levels without having to risk much in the video guide here.

Achieved all other achievements.

This one is for getting all of the other achievements in the game.
