[RNG] HEV Surveyors

"What's RNG?"
RNG stands for random number generation. In video games, it usually refers to an event randomly ocurring. Think of it like a dice roll. This mod utilizes randomly picking a frame from an animated texture and displaying it. This means that if the model is loaded out for whatever reason, when you return to it, it will change it's appearance again. This is mostly a non-issue for the HEV surveyors as you don't backtrack a lot in Xen.

So please don't report that as a bug, it's a consequence of the RNG technique I used.
