A small factory produces any essential goods in the most inexpensive way possible. The building is based on Columbia Steel & Shafting Warehouse Building on E 55th St. in Cleveland, Ohio USA. The building was probably built in later 1940's.

Thanks for the info! I just briefly googled the name and couldn't find much about except it was in operation in late 1940's. Also, thanks for GIS map link. it can be helpful for future projects ;)

BTW, the building this is based on appears on the 1937 fire insurance map of Cleveland (https://www.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=ddb0ee6134d64de4adaaa3660308abfd) so it's surprisingly a bit older.
