Forest Fires Disabled

Description
Disable or reduce Forest Fires and Rainforest Fires.

This mod will set the occurrences per game for Forest Fires and Rainforest Fires to 0 for all disaster settings.

See RandomEvents_UserSettings.sql to enable reduced fire settings:
-Spread chance reduced from 50% to 25%
-Chance to gain yields reduced from 100% to 50%
-15% chance to remove all previously gained yields (not enabled by default, see RandomEvents.sql to enable)

Is there a away to just disable notification you receive after starting fire with Soothsayer in Apocalypse mode? This one: "The trees catch alight, creating an unstoppable fire that will rage across the landscape. Only you could have prevented this."
It gets really spammy as fire keeps spreading. I can't find option somewhere in game files. Thanks!

Good! The burning forests were an out-of-control variable ruining my game. Maybe it's because i'm a noob, but it was unfair, i say, unfair!:steamsad:

Thank you so much! Fires literally clutter up the notification system and are just going across the whole map. This mod is just the right thing

Could this mod possible make forest fires linger on forever? I had a rainforest fire start and then never end on my territory.
