This is M4A1-S | PRINTSTREAM, it's the second one for the PRINTSTREAM collection.

In this project, I’m aiming for some kind of graphic shapes theme like those crosses and rectangles with bold black and white color scheme. I got inspired from an artist ‘Felipepantone’.



At the back of the gun, there’s a bunch dashed lines that reminds my of an ASCII art and I think it’s a cool idea so I did a research on that and get this name ‘Printstream’ , a type of variables in Java language that used to code an ASCII art.

In the magazine, I sneaky added a word ‘try again’ just in case when you waste a mag hitting nothing.



This project is the first one for me to tryout Normal map and Pearlescent effect. It’s quite challenging for the normal map since all I do is googling tutorials and vids to help finishing it along the way. It’s fun learning these stuff as an art student.



Fun fact; Many people said that the crosses remind them of a loading screen of a game, Need for speed Carbon which I really like since the PS2 era haha.
