Description

Ilmeria / Leader Traits
Industrious Genius (Any Expansion): Earning a Eureka for a Technology that reveals a Strategic Resource automatically reveals that Resource. Upon completion, Campus and Industrial Zone buildings grant a burst of Great Person points for each Atelier improvement within two tiles. Units trained in cities with high-adjacency districts of these types gain 25% more experience in combat.
Industrious Genius (Base Game): Earning a Eureka for a Technology that reveals a Strategic Resource automatically reveals that Resource. Upon completion, Campus and Industrial Zone buildings grant a burst of Great Person points for each Atelier improvement within two tiles.
Agenda - Study Hard: Ilmeria will strive for a productive scientifically-advanced civilization, and expects the same from other leaders. She'll build many punis, and avoid upgrading them.


Notes
  • This mod requires no expansions or other DLC.
  • Uses the game's definitions of high-adjacency: 3 for Campus and Industrial Zone.
  • Due to a lack of suitable art, this leader doesn't have varying mood portraits.
  • Compatible with Ilmeria Alt Art Ver. - Atelier Civilization

does this work on multiplayer? the text on the civ passive, unique unit, and building did not display right and we were unable to play.

Updated this leader ability to add: "Earning a Eureka for a Technology that reveals a Strategic Resource automatically reveals that Resource." and to make district placement rules less restrictive.

It's a 13% chance. Either you were very unlucky, somehow only got a few of either, or just happened to miss the floating text. It only floats over the tile for a few seconds. I do intend to add a small pop-up for resource spawning, but that isn't implemented yet.

How much chance of random resource from eureka/inspiration? I have never seen it until renaissance.
