[WOTC] Bstar's Perk Pack

This is a small collection of 18 custom abilities that will be expanded in the future. Since these abilities are all related to specific weapons or types of abilities (e.g. Psionics), they will not appear as GTS perks - otherwise you'd get useless perks on certain classes. So on its own, this mod does nothing (for now).

However, you can add them to any class of your choice in XComClassData.ini or - with a little more effort - to weapons and armor using mods such as Iridar's Weapon Skin replacer.
