How to PAYDAY 2 : Detection Risk

It related to total concealment points which comes from weapons, armor, skill etc

#Detection Risk
Concealment in total amount come from weapons, melee, armor, perk deck and skills.
Gathered and tested, here’s the result
Total concealment =119 or above will get 3 detection risk
Total concealment =91 or below will get 75 detection risk


#Armor
Base concealment point on equipped armor

The heavy armor you wear, the less concealment point you get
#Weapon modification

***The heavy weapon always got very low on base concealment point compare to the light and compact weapon***

Even you've try to increase the concealment point but it won't be helped for the heavy weapon.
#Contribution - Skills
INNER POCKETS SKILL: BASIC & ACE


[BASIC]:
Increase concealment point to any melee weapon by +2

[ACE]:
wearing any ballistic vest will increase concealment by 4 + 1 (from perk deck)

Base concealment point of these armor + skill & perk
1.Lightweight ballistic vest = 26+4+1 =31
2.Normal Ballistic vest = 23+4+1 = 28
3.Heavy ballistic vest = 21+4+1 = 26

As you can see, wearing heavier armor won't help increase concealment, unless you need to wear a tougher armor and maintain the concealment point not to lower even more.
It depends on your build and it's all up to you

If you run a Dodge build or Anarchist build, wearing a light armor like
two-piece suit is a great idea and eventually
this Inner pocket skill [ACE] is become useless.


OPTICAL ILLUSIONS SKILL : ACE


You need to equip a silencer to the weapon , to gain more concealment point
If your prefer weapon cannot equip a silencer, then this skill is useless for you.

# Critical Hit Chance
Basic concept: Critical Hits are attacks that cause extra damage
High total concealment = Low detection risk = High Crit Chance
Of course, need a skill to gain the ability


NOTE: You can gain more Critical hit chance with other skill + some condition

# Dodge Chance
Of course and again, need a skill to gain the ability for dodge
Maximum dodge point you can get from this skill is 10 (Both Basic and Ace)

Example:
Rogue Perk Deck: gain the dodge point is about 45, the highest dodge point you can get among all perk decks
-Armor_Two-piece suit= +5
-Sneaky Bastard skill= +10
In total amount = 60

Hacker Perk Deck: gain the dodge point is about 30
-Armor_Two-piece suit= +5
-Sneaky Bastard skill= +10
In total amount = 45

NOTE: You can gain more Dodge chance with other skill + some condition

I never use mods. Rebuilding the build is gonna take a while.

I once had a detection risk of 5. How does that work?

The game says minimum detection risk when you reach 3, therefore it impossible to go lower than 3 without getting the cheater tag.

car-4 (32 concealment) + crosskill (29 concealment) + two-piece suit (31 concealment) + wing butterfly knife (32 concealment) = 124 ?
can the bot reduce the risk of detection to zero? If you take a bonus from a bot with stealth 3.
