Realistic deaths (sounds + screen)

Discribtion: Sounds perfect for military RP such as axis vs allies. If a player gets shot he screams depending on the nation of his playermodel. Included are german, italian and british. Sounds get played randomly so sometimes the character says a line like "bloody hell this is madness" and sometimes they just scream, after 2 secs the screen will turn dark after dying.
