(Gratuitous DLC) How to get your attack up quicker

If you're reading this, you've probably tried fighting a few bosses, and you're tired of all the grinding through the random encounters.
Well, this guide will help make those encounters relatively short, and not excessively long.
It will provide tips and stuff, so please stay for those.
Have fun, and hopefully you won't take too long on killing those OP bosses despite the developer's satirical point being the opposite.

This section is what I made this guide for.
If you've played the DLC for long enough, you know that there are two types of dungeons; the big, and the small. The big guys give you the big dungeons, and the slimes give you the small dungeons.
The big dungeons contain six enemies, while the slime dungeons contain three.

The thing is, you can get the treasure before defeating the final enemy. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Basically, when the random encounter starts, aim for the slime, if there is one. Kill only two of the enemies, grab the chest, and leave. You don't have to defeat the third enemy.
The Tips
  • Some chests can spawn as "Treasure?", allowing you to get two attack up instead of one (if you defeat it)
  • Bosses don't increase your attack, sadly
  • I don't think your kill count increases your attack, but since it's a counter, it might be a contributor
  • Crafting legendary weapons does not increase your attack
  • Leveling up increases your attack

im at max attack, 500+ kills, max level, i defeated morimat, AND I CANT GET THE LAST ACHIEVEMENT BECAUSE OF WYRM LORDS EXTREME!

Is there a max level? Or a point where level stops adding anything? I'm at level 118 now and sometimes my damage seems to be between 9000-9999 on each hit, and then criticals going higher than that. I have 99 attack but the bosses are still so tedius!! Will grinding more help?

As a side note, for anyone reading, the maximum attack level you can get to is 99. Picking up another chest will not increase it any more.
