Submarine Aircraft Carrier MK3

Introducing the MK3 version of the submarine aircraft carrier.

Twin island design allows maximum internal hangar space (3-4 aircraft).

The vessel operates carrier based VTOL / STOVL fighter jets, medium lift helicopters and AEW aircraft (available separately).

Fuel: 250,000 Diesel / 14000 Jet fuel

Powerplant: Diesel Electric (4x large diesel engines)

Large flight deck with elevator

Internal hangar space for 3-4 aircraft

Jet / diesel fuel pumps on deck

NOTES:


To dive: press Dive, if diesel engines are required extend the snorkel

Fill the ballast tank to around 1,240,000L to begin with, then add more as you consume fuel.

WSAD to control

use dive plane system or depth hold to level the ship while cruising underwater, dive planes are now sticky control for smooth operation


To surface deactivate dive button, press surface button.

The vessel needs some forward thrust when surfacing.

The extend ballast allows more water to be taken onboard.

Use the electric motor to reach deeper depths, but save some battery to get back to the surface.

Charge the battery fast by disabling the diesel clutch and applying ~20% throttle.

Do not run out of battery while submerged, the hangar doors will fail and flood the vessel.

Fold the VTOL aircraft wings AND the rotor blades (click on them) to fit in the hangar elevator.
