While the 'zebra stripe in reflections' effect is gone, almost all surfaces have a matte feel to them (dry steel or rubber texture-like surfaces). Steps to disable Enlighten (and possibly needing to disable ScreenSpaceReflections as well) to get rid of the 'zebra stripes' (at least), are in the thread at that location/link.
