What's funny is your paystub is a drop in the bucket.

People not understanding how logistics work (and complaining about pay despite it being a drop in the bucket to their debt)

it gets worse, when you do leave theres a clause in the contract that any withdrawls from your acount have to go through the legal department and they will get round to processing the request in 3+ months time.

Lynx claims the whole damned ship, no matter if it is impossible (or highly dangerous) to do certain things for 100% so fuck them, I can get 98 to 99 with chunking the reactor, truster and coolant stuff as one item into the barge.

You guys go find someone to unfuck that, it ain't me.

you also forgot to account for errors in the salvage process, destruction of salvageable material due to ship malfunction or error in the salvage process, the air and fuel tanks as well as the tethers and demo charges to perform the job, costs for getting cloned on your eventual death, that rent is everyday and from appearance you cannot even leave the worksite indefinitely, that you are in a literal trillion in debt from the start and if you paid it off apparently there was an accounting error and you actually owe 2 more trillion.

so, yeah ....... its all gravy....... to somebody at least.

Once you get the LT for tool and suit purchase, your daily expenses go down to 100k/day. You pluck one cargo crate off a javelin there is your rent paid and the rest is gravy.

The concept of overhead costs before profits seems to be lost on this player base.
