East Coast Range County

解説
Welcome to gorgeous East Coast Range County! A temperate, megalomaniac (experimental map size) USA map.

With the heightmap from the East Coast Range, but tweaked and customized for the average user. Less cities, with custom names. Smoothed and widened rivers.

There's plenty of use for ships here.

If you like mountains, we got em. If you like the plains, we got that too.

Plenty of room for your cities to grow, and lots of industry options thanks to the Industry Expanded mods.

A fantastic map. I enjoy my German trains in this beautiful landscape =)
However there are some whiteboxes and I wonder which item is missing ...

I really like this map. It's reminiscent enough of the East Coast US/Old Northwest I feel "at home" building up rail networks familiar to me. Yet, it is different enough that I'm not compelled to build networks as true to real life when I use more realistic maps.

You took a region, made an analog with a rewarding gameplay loop, and created a fun map that scratches all my TF2 itches. Good job!

No your right. I would only make the mountains higher, while making the upper midwest flatter and more aligned with the rivers

I cheked the workshop for a few days and noticing the lack of USA quality maps, I was looking for map wich I can make a big convoy in the plains and at the same time get aroud some mountain pass. So i think its a good decision make it harder, but not the whole map.

Yeah i know the white boxes are annoying!! I'm glad you commented though. I was thinking about drastically increasing the height of just the mountains, make it more suitable for other players. Thoughts?

Hi, first. very nice map, I like the complex lines you can make with the variety of products you have to move.

However im having the same glitch thing with the white boxes, looks like its a missing asset of a bush or a rock (or both), I hope this help to fix it.

Another think I noticed and maybe is intended, is any city is requesting coffe...

interesting, so the only mods that i have enabled are the ones that are listed. let me push an update and maybe that will fix it?
