Description

This modification adds a decision, with which you may add construction slots for new buildings in regions owned by you.

-Decision cannot be used by AI
-Decision used 50 political power, 1000 manpower and takes 30 days to complete
-Decision is not available if you are in war

I think it's this mod...

I think the tooltip should note that adding a building slot reduces stability by 1, per upgrade. I, ummm, sent my stability into the gutter. :-)
