Use the F7 menu to report the cheater as soon as you even see them.

Wait about 10-20 days for the player to get banned.

Within 24 hours of the player receiving the ban they should become unbanned.
If not be sure to report this to FacePunch as that is how the system is intended to work.
(More banned players = more dead servers and they can't have that)

Continue to play just ignoring cheaters and hiding from them as much as possible as the dev don't care and will never fix this issue. Go play on a community server if you can find one that isn't dead and doesn't have abusive yet still active admins. ♥♥♥♥ FP they refuse to admit that EAC is trash and the game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ poorly optimized you will be lucky to get 70 FPS with a 2080TI.
