This crash is related to bugged RAM usage in cs:go that started to happen after some patch. But it can be fixed.

Go to this folder steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg and find a video.txt file. Open it and find this line of text inside "setting.mem_level". Found it? Good. Now you will notice that there are some numbers, your current mem.level probably will be 1-3. Change it to 0. Ok, now you are almost done.

Next step is to protect the video.txt file from being overwritten by the game, because if you launch a cs:go, mem.level will be automatically changed from 0 to 1-3. Just go to the "Properties" of this file (video.txt), there will be a Security tab. Now click on the "System" and press "Edit" button. Under the "Deny" column there will be a "write", check this box and then press apply.
Now cs can't change that file!

mine in setting_mem_level 0 in default, i didn't find 1-3 numbers, and still crashin g with 0

for anyone who still cares, if you can't find the video.txt file in steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg, try looking in Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\-YOUR STEAM ID-\730\local\cfg

I have like 25 folders with video.txt, i have changed all but it dosent work
